Cancellation Policy

Refunds, minus a $350 administration fee, will be issued for cancellations received by the Energy Council of Canada, in writing, on or before May 29, 2007.

Cancellations received after the above deadline are non-refundable.

Substitutions will be accepted up to and including registration on site. Advance notice of substitution is appreciated.
