Deborah Emes joined ENMAX Corporation as Vice President, Regulatory in October 2006. Prior to joining ENMAX, Ms Emes served as a Member of the National Energy Board from 1999 to 2006. Her regulatory experience also includes 10 years with the British Columbia Utilities Commission, where she was Manager, Strategic Services. In addition to her regulatory experience, Ms. Emes was Senior Economist with Bow Valley Industries. Ms. Emes has her Master's degree (Economics) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
