Herman Van Reekum

President, VRV Immigration Services Ltd.

Herman Van Reekum is the President of VRV Immigration Services Ltd.  VRV provides international immigration and visa services to corporate clients.  VRV clients include many Canadian and multinational energy companies.  VRV services range from executive and managerial transfers to skilled and unskilled labour work permits and immigration. 

Herman Van Reekum has a B.A. and M.A in Political Science from the University of Calgary.  He recently completed two unpublished papers on public policy issues related to Canada’s immigration programs, focusing on the development of Provincial Nominee Programs.  Herman worked as a Senior Immigration Officer for the federal Department of Citizenship and Immigration from 1986-1993.  He established VRV Immigration Services Ltd. in 1993. 

Herman Van Reekum is married and has two children.
